Mary prepares a pavlova wreath, a decadent trifle layered with fruit compote and a Rosace a L'Orange, while Paul puts leftovers to irresistible use with his turkey and ham pie, makes a Chelsea bun Christmas tree and closes the show with his magnificent towering pandoro

Jamie Oliver prepares an alternative Christmas dinner, comprising a mixed roast of rolled and stuffed pork belly, roast chicken and topside of beef all on one amazing platter, served with hasselback potatoes, pigs in blankets, and marmalade-glazed carrots. Preceding the feast are smoked salmon oat blinis served with a colourful beetroot and celeriac remoulade, while to finish, Jamie makes panettone sticky toffee dessert, with caramel sauce drizzled over the top
