The Hairy Bikers' Mediterranean Adventure

Si King and Dave Myers explore the culinary delights of Sardinia, starting out in Cagliari, where everyone is in high spirits for the feast of St Efisio. The bikers join in by cooking a local speciality, almond and orange cakes. They also meet the tuna fishermen of Carloforte and a chef who has a special way of serving up platters of the fish, are shown how to make sheep's black pudding by a group of shepherds and are served a stew by the 'King of Sardinia'
