The remaining six bakers have passed the halfway point of the contest, and now face three European bakes - beginning with yeast-leavened cakes, a tricky cross between cake and bread. They finish by creating their own version of the dobos torte, a multi-layered cake from Hungary. However, they must go one step further and bake a two-tiered version with an emphasis on caramel. Which of the bakers will come to a sticky end?
