Rick Forman, founder and CEO of New Jersey-based discount clothing store Forman Mills, goes incognito among his own staff posing as a contestant on a reality show. He plans to go undercover because he intends to double the number of stores in the next year and wants to make sure that all the outlets are doing well so that revenue doubles too

Jessica Herrin, the founder and CEO of direct sales company Stella & Dot, goes undercover. She pretends to be a reality show contestant to access the workforce and find out whether her original vision for the firm is still being carried out as the organisation grows

Gordon Ramsay heads to Boca Raton in Florida to turn around the fortunes of Italian restaurant Anna Vincenzo's. The owner opened the establishment in 2001 with the help of her father but the business has failed to meet her expectations, and the chef realises that her ruthless style of management is having an adverse influence, not only on her staff but also on her family

The chef travels to Newbury Park in southern California to help Mexican restaurant Mama Rita's. The owner previously ran a successful catering company but has struggled to adapt her skills to meet the demands of a new business - and with a year's worth of food stored in the freezer Gordon realises he has a tough job ahead

Jimmy Carr hosts the comedy game show, with team captains Sean Lock and Jon Richardson joined by guests Andrew Flintoff and Rhod Gilbert. Countdown regular Susie Dent is in Dictionary Corner with Henning Wehn, while maths whizz Rachel Riley provides the letters and numbers with a little 'help' from Joe Wilkinson
