Gordon Ramsay heads to West Nyack, New York, to come to the aid of a family-run Mexican restaurant that is suffering a financial crisis, and a case of hard-headed patriarchy. When the chef arrives he finds himself turfing out the existing customers for their own safety due to a cockroach infestation on the premises

Manny's parents come to stay, and Bernard strives to get rid of them, while Fran has her own reasons for wanting them to leave.
