The third B&B of the week is pet-friendly Edmund House in Deal, Kent, where owner Michael Prime is joined by his mum Lorna. On arrival, Marianne Abben and Fran Birch love the seaside-inspired room, but entrepreneur Mark Genders is far from thrilled by the 'no frills' experience. Over dinner, tensions run high after self-confessed trouble-maker Marianne asks Mark to reveal which of the group he would and would not employ, and Lorna gets short shrift when she puts forward her application

Entrepreneur Mark Genders welcomes the contestants to the Five Bells Pub in Berkshire and hopes they will approve of his small but perfectly formed rooms. He organises an ale-tasting activity, although it fails to please all of his guests. Michael and Lorna admit they have seen a new side of Mark - however, will it affect their feedback?

The B&B owners settle some scores and discover how much they have been paid, before the winner is revealed. Marianne and Fran from Langsmeade House begin by explaining that their worn rug is in fact a 200-year-old antique, Natasha and Dal from Stratford House confront Michael and Lorna about their strong language and cleaning techniques, while Mark Genders compares his experience at Edmund House to flying with a low budget airline

Kevin McCloud follows Matt and Sophie White from Sussex as they build a giant family house of fun for themselves and their children. Going against the norm of designing a serious and practical home, the couple's property features a revolving bookcase door, secret dens, hiding places and a fireman's pole. Matt uses a steel frame system to allow them to change the layout of the property, and other changes include amending the window shapes and sizes, and adding a half floor to create a James Bond room

Fifty-nine-year-old Charulata is rushed to A&E after collapsing at home with signs of a stroke. She has a history of strokes, diabetes, and is awaiting a heart bypass, so doctors send her for a CT scan to find out what has happened. Twenty-eight-year-old carpenter Luke - who has epilepsy - arrives after cutting his finger at work. Although his girlfriend Stacy says it looks like a paper cut, he is worried it may trigger a seizure. Meanwhile, 75-year-old Anne comes to St George's after falling and hurting her arm on holiday

Thirteen-year-old Tom is rushed to St George's after crashing his bike head first into a parked car while racing a friend. Doctors order a CT scan to assess his injuries and must decide whether he will need emergency surgery to his face. Plus, 26-year-old Andy comes to A&E after injuring his knee during a game of Frisbee, and 51-year-old Jason arrives after suffering from blurred vision for two days
