Seventy-year-old lung cancer patient Marion is rushed to St George's with suspected sepsis. She was discharged from hospital the previous day after having an operation to remove liquid from her lung, but has deteriorated overnight. Eighty-three-year-old Roy is brought into resus after falling off his roof at home, and doctors are concerned that he may have sustained internal injuries, while, five-year-old Laila has come to paediatrics with her mum Clarissa after cutting her head open at school

Twelve-year-old George is airlifted to St George's after he is struck by a motorcycle on his way home from school, and doctors are concerned about the extensive damage to his leg, which could lead to permanent disability. Meanwhile, 26-year-old Tanveer has come off his moped at speed, suffering a serious head injury that has left him with no memory of the event. In paediatrics, nine-year-old Amber is admitted, suffering severe stomach pains and vomiting, with doctors worried it could be appendicitis

The camping connoisseurs arrive at Cefn Coed, nestled within an ancient oak forest near the Mawddach Estuary, where highlights include forest bathing and a Thai cooking class

Henry Cole and Simon O'Brien head to Redditch where Henry restores a 1970s Kawasaki motorbike, while Simon takes a pair of rusty cinema seat supports and creates a desirable garden bench

Henry Cole and Simon O'Brien visit Wales, where Henry restores a Royal Enfield motorbike, converting it into a classic cafe racer. Simon's choice of an old school house radiator springs a leak, but he gets an 1980s pinball machine back to its best

Simon White and Shirley Boyle, owners of the Old Hall Country House in Madeley, Cheshire, host the week's first round of the B&B competition. The guests are impressed by the 16th-century building, and are taken tap-dancing and to a private fine-dining restaurant, but one of them is dissatisfied with her bedroom's layout and the garnish on her eggs at breakfast

Eileen Finn invites her fellow contestants to the four-star Thornley House in Allendale, Northumberland, for the second round of the contest, but struggles to follow the impressive first event. The hostess's pet cats are not to all of her guests' liking, and with activities including a tour of a feline cemetery, the theme for the stay is made abundantly clear

Jessica and Adrian Rashleigh are the third hosts, at their three-bedroom establishment Chy Conyn in St Ives, Cornwall. For the activity they arrange a magical mystery camper van tour of the local sights. Some of the guests struggle with the small breakfast room but the food is a success, and Eileen Finn demonstrates her karate skills on the men

The final stay is at the Cavendish in Bournemouth, run by Tim and Karen Sturgess. On arrival, the competitors are impressed by the 'pink palace', but things go downhill when a bed is broken and one couple are allocated a room next to the front door. However, Eileen is delighted by the feline memorabilia in her room and the group enjoys a spot of indoor paint-balling and an open-top bus tour of the resort

The contestants meet one last time to discover how much they have been paid by their fellow hoteliers and to air their grievances. Simon White of Old Hall Country House is surprised by an overpayment and Eileen Finn from the four-star Thornley receives tough criticism, before the winner is announced

The first host in Devon, 35-year-old salon owner Hannah, hopes to impress her guests with a menu bursting with taste sensations. But Hannah's technique of combining her favourite flavours may not tickle all of her foodie guests' taste buds. Hannah's night is filled with laughter and revelations, though there is an inkling around that her food is not tasty enough

On day two of the competition in Devon, funeral director and BMX-fanatic Simon plans an evening to get his guests' hearts racing, with some so-called 'man' food and a display by one of the UK's leading BMX riders to get their adrenaline pumping. Such innovation, he hopes, will bag him the cash prize at the end of the week

Body artist Pascale hosts the third night of a week of dinner parties in Devon, preparing a Vietnamese menu full of flavour and colour in an effort to impress her guests enough to win the £1,000 prize money. However, her cooking attire for the starter leaves little to the imagination, Nick and Simon find some unusual artwork in her bedroom, Hannah discovers an unwanted guest in her main course, and Nick hits a nerve with Ajay

Nick hosts the fourth night in Devon, preparing a menu that he hopes represents his personality - big, bold and brash - although after his argument with Ajay, he is planning on turning down the banter. However, salon owner Hannah is not impressed with Nick's venison main and ladybird-loving Pascale finds the portions a bit too big. But undertaker Simon is happy to polish off any leftovers - is Nick in with a chance of bagging the £1,000 prize?

Estate agent Ajay hopes her nautical-themed evening will see her sail to victory on the fifth and final night in Devon. Along with a gigantic seafood spread, she has also laid on a boat trip around Torquay harbour. However, all does not go quite to plan in the galley. The guests later gather to discover who has won the £1,000 prize

The contest begins at the King's Head in Addlethorpe, Lincolnshire, where landlady Helen Coy and her bar manager and best friend Emma Green are pulling out all the stops to win. The B&B owners are taken back to their childhood at the funfair, At dinner, B&B beginners Louise and Andy Macbeth rattle nerves when Louise reveals her past career as a hospitality journalist - leaving pub veteran Helen less than impressed

B&B newcomers Andy and Louise Macbeth invite their rival hoteliers to spend the night at the dog-friendly Beck Hall in North Yorkshire, where an extra-critical Helen and Emma discover what they believe to be stray dog hairs in their bed. A fishing trip makes Terri feel a little out of sorts, and when the time arrives for feedback, the managers are surprised to learn two of their guests have indicated they would not come back for a second stay

The contestants travel to the Albaston in Torquay for the third day of the competition, where they are welcomed by owners and avid souvenir collectors, Kevin and Julie Shadbolt. Terri and Stuart are impressed by their room, but are startled by the memorabilia in the communal lounge, and expectations are raised at dinner when Kevin reveals he has a secret recipe for success when it comes to breakfast. However, at feedback the next day, tensions begin to rise

The final stay of the week is in Bournemouth, at Terri and Stewart's specialist dance holiday venue the Hotel Piccadilly, where a class in the grand ballroom soon has the guests in a spin. However, temperatures rise over dinner when the simmering tension between Louise and Helen finally boils over
