The competition continues as Linda Milner and her friend Lany welcome their guests to Bay House in Scarborough for a socially distanced stay amid the Covid pandemic. One couple are impressed with the grandiose style of their high-ceilinged room, and there's a shock in store when it's revealed that another pair have had to drop out of the competition. Over dinner, everyone discusses how the pandemic has affected them. Confusion reigns at breakfast, denting Linda's scores, and, when she sees her feedback, she finds herself questioning her rivals' motives

The Farrier in Cayton, North Yorkshire is the week's final destination, run by mother-and-daughter duo Suzie and Dani Bushby. The luxurious rooms go down very well with their guests, before the B&Bers enjoy a day meeting Dani's horses at the family's manor home. During dinner the contestants shed a tear as they reflect fondly on the competition. However, just as Suzie and Dani think they're on the home straight, some issues arise at bedtime for Mark and Sean

The four sets of owners reunite to settle some scores. Mark and Sean are keen to find out why one pair of guests wouldn't stay at their Oakleigh Guest House again, while Linda and Lany are annoyed about some nitpicking feedback about the flowers in their rooms at Bay House in Scarborough. Later, the payments and winner are revealed

Peggy, 85, arrives at the hospital by ambulance, having injured her knee at home. It's the second time she has fallen in two months and medics want to find out if there's a more serious underlying cause. Meanwhile, the team keeps a close eye on 75-year-old Bob, who has had a suspected heart attack, and Ben, 25, isn't overly concerned by his swollen finger, until a doctor diagnoses cellulitis

Schoolboy Eddie, 12, is brought into A&E having been hit by a car on his way home from school, and doctors are concerned he may have suffered a bleed on the brain, as well as damage to his kidneys. Meanwhile, 64-year-old Linda, who breathes with the help of a tracheostomy, arrives at King's after experiencing respiratory failure at home, and student Amy, 20, has been coughing up blood

Charlie has life-threatening injuries after coming off his dirt bike from a great height. The heli-medics race to treat him as a matter of great urgency. Worried parents watch on as medics treat their five-year-old child who is having seizures
