Most of their guests are bowled over by the bedrooms, but Tony isn't wild about the decor. At dinner, Stefan impresses with some serious celebrity name dropping and Tony reveals his alternative approach to taking on staff. At breakfast, pro chef Nick pulls out all the stops with his presentation, but missing items mean feedback falls short from Tony

The final visit of the week is to The New Inn in Newton, Derbyshire, owned by Tony Carlin, who's joined by his partner Natalie Briggs. On first impressions the guests feel it's lacking luxury, and Ewa and Ellie have cleanliness concerns. At dinner, the luxury label is called into question, and a bust up over the self-service breakfast is narrowly avoided.
