Once associated with elite athletes and doping scandals, performance-enhancing drugs are now finding a far wider audience, as normal people attempt to boost their energy, train harder in the gym or even hold back the effects of ageing. Antoine Allen investigates their increased use, and asks whether the dangers are being ignored

Stephen Mulhern hosts a look back at some of the most fearsome battles between hopeful players and the cruel Banker. This time he revisits Craig and Dori's games. Do they choose the right boxes and head home with a fortune, or does the Banker tempt them out of the game with a cunning offer?

Tom is on the road in his bespoke vintage food truck in northern Spain to meet food producers who are as obsessed with growing ingredients as he is about cooking them. After local producer Levi shows him that everyone in Santona is connected to anchovies, from the fishermen and cannery workers to a group of local women who keep the town's traditions alive, Tom gets stuck in with local farmer Jose-Alonso in Leon as they try to protect white beans from the stony ground there

Tom is on the road in Valencia as he visits the Genesis Wonder Park to try new varieties of citrus. His journey then takes him to Elche, where figs have been produced since Roman times, and Marie's third-generation farm, where the figs are still picked as they would have been 2,000 years ago

Stephen Mulhern hosts another charity edition of the game show, with Lady Leshurr, Gabby Logan and Adam Thomas trying to guess the familiar phrases hidden in animated clues. After the first elimination, the two remaining players battle to reach the Super Catchphrase round, where one of them could win £50,000 for the good cause of their choice

Adil Ray hosts the game in which three pairs of contestants use their skills to find words from the fewest letters possible. The last remaining duo have the opportunity to potentially double the money they won earlier or leave with nothing. Crossing words with the reigning champions this time are married couple Mala and Michael, and friends Heather and Emily

Ben Shephard hosts the quiz in which contestants answer questions to win turns on an arcade-style machine. Dropping tokens down a choice of four chutes, they hope to knock piles of them off a moving shelf - and the more they collect, the greater the prize fund. The player who has won the least amount is then eliminated, and the last one standing competes for a £10,000 jackpot

Bradley Walsh presents as contestants Ryan, Faith, Jake and Libby pit their wits against ruthless quiz genius the Chaser. Answering general knowledge questions, they each add as much money as they dare to the jackpot - but anyone caught by the Chaser is out for good, leaving fewer players to team up and play in the final chase

Jimmy Doherty and Shivi Ramoutar are joined in the kitchen by A Place in the Sun presenter and musician Leah Charles-King for cooking, chat and craft. Artist Marion Sidebottom shows how to make pictures using the sun, while there is an animal toy-making challenge at the wildlife park, and upcycler Max McMurdo makes display shelving from old plastic pipes
