The comedian's summer cruise around the Adriatic continues with a visit to the high-rolling and fashionable Bay of Kotor in Montenegro. She continues with a trip to the beautiful old Croatian town of Dubrovnik with the cruise ship's entertainment team, where she gets to visit a few of Game of Thrones' most famous locations and relive some iconic scenes

Jane starts out on the trip of a lifetime as she island-hops solo around the Caribbean. She begins in Barbados, where she goes snorkelling with two fellow Brits from Yorkshire, and hires private tour guide Dawn Lisa to point out the magical sights that leave Jane in awe of the flora, fauna and culture of the island

Jane heads to St Lucia, taking a trip to the heart of the rainforest to get view of the flora and fauna from above the canopy, and going on a boat ride from the north to the south of the island en route to an outdoor hot tub heated by a volcano. Jane also meets Helen DeMacque-Crockett, aka Pepsi of Pepsi & Shirlie fame, who has St Lucian heritage and has moved to the island to run a sailboat charter business

Fern explores ancient regions with big histories in the form of West Wivelshire and Powdershire, which lie between the rivers of the Fowey and the Fal. Her first stop takes her to the historic Boconnoc Estate, before she heads to Fowey to learn more about much-loved author Daphne du Maurier

The last leg of the presenter's road trip takes her to an industrious corner of Cornwall, the ancient Hundreds of Kerrier and Penwith. Fern discovers one of the best preserved ancient farming villages in the South West, which are among the oldest structures on the planet. Later, she visits the Lizard Peninsula, an area of outstanding natural beauty that as well as its unique landscape boasts a number of gems, including Cornish sea salt, Hevva Cake and Huer Huts. Finally, she meets some of the team from the RNLI at Lizard Point, the southernmost tip of mainland Britain

Pittsburgh Steelers v Minnesota Vikings (Kick-off 2.30pm). Osi Umenyiora and Nat Coombs are joined by reporter Ellie Evelyn for coverage of the week four match at Croke Park in Dublin. This is the first regular-season NFL match to take place in Ireland and features two teams who reached the play-offs last season, both falling at the wild card stage. It is the first meeting between the sides since December 2021, when the Vikings claimed a 36-28 home win

Detroit Lions v Cleveland Browns (Kick-off 6.00pm). Dermot O'Leary and Sam Quek are joined by Osi Umenyiora for coverage of the week four match from Ford Field. The Lions are the only franchise operational for the entirety of the Super Bowl era to not appear in the showpiece match, but they recorded an excellent regular season record of 15-2 last time out before suffering a shock defeat at the hands of Washington Commanders in the Divisional Playoffs. In contrast, the Browns are looking to improve this time around after winning just three matches last term. Tonight's coverage will also feature the 'game within a game' quiz element, whenever the NFL game stops in the US

He visits supermarkets to investigate how much these lunchtime combos are really saving consumers and takes a look at how and where the idea of this sales promotion first started. Harry also explores their nutritional values and environmental impacts
