The project is a surprise for a landscape gardener who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's at the age of just 32, making him one of the youngest people in the country to develop the condition and leaving him physically unable to complete the garden personally. Alan also provides viewers with some tips on sensory planting and creating home-made play equipment for children
