Sonic is trapped in a multiverse of mayhem with different iterations of his friends Amy Rose (Shannon Chan-Kent), Knuckles (Adam Nurada), Rouge (Kazumi Evans) and Tails (Ashleigh Ball). Sonic and Shadow must put aside their differences and work together to repair the temporal damage and outwit diabolical scientist Dr Eggman (Brian Drummond)

The heroes in a half shell come to terms with their new roles as saviours of New York City in an animated series set shortly after the events chronicled in the film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem.
