Love Monster has been chosen as the prize-picker at the Harvest Day contest, but when he gets there it turns out there is only one prize and three teams. This means he has to choose a winner between his friends - Tiniest Fluffiest Bunny, Bad Idea Puppy and the In-Chicks. Round one is fancy fashion foodies, and everyone loves Tiniest Fluffiest Bunny, so Love Monster thinks he can just pick her. Then it is round two - the veggie variety show. Everyone loves the In-Chicks, so Love Monster now has to choose between them and Tiniest Fluffiest Bunny. Then it is the final round, which is the tantalizing taste test of home grown goodies, and this time everyone loves Bad Idea Puppy. Love Monster has no idea how he can pick a winner and runs off and hides, but then he realises Bad Idea Puppy always makes him laugh, so he declares him the winner.

The squirrels are rushing around, so Duggee shows them how to enjoy things at a slower pace. However, they come across Tortoise who needs to get to the hospital as his wife is having babies, so Duggee and the squirrels need to get him there fast

Zahra-Rose's family is from Somalia, a country situated on the east coast of Africa. In Somalia, they have the traditional dish of nafaqo, which is boiled egg wrapped in mashed potato. This is what Zahra-Rose has chosen to make for her friends. To begin with, Zahra-Rose seasons mashed potato with salt, black pepper, flour, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder and fresh coriander. She then wraps the potato mixture around her special ingredient, hard-boiled eggs, rolls them in breadcrumbs and puts them in the oven to be cooked. Zahra-Rose also serves a fresh chilli sauce, so her friends can use it for dipping. Not only does Zahra-Rose have beautiful decorations, she also has a surprise picnic planned. Will her friends realise what her special ingredient is?

Ranger Hamza and the Ramblers discover how lavender plays an important role in the environment. They find out that lavender attracts pollinators like bees and butterflies, who love its smell, but that its scent can also help keep garden pests away. On the way, they take some cuttings to help new lavender to grow and find out just how calming the smell of lavender can be for people too.

Steve and Aneeshwar meet the enormous Komodo dragon and lay an extremely smelly trail for him to find food. In the wild, Komodo dragons will eat almost anything. Next, they meet the Parson's chameleon, which has an astonishing way of catching its food using its incredibly long tongue, and they reveal the fascinating wild connection between these two animals

Otto keeps getting cramp while teaching dance class. Vida teaches him that he needs to stretch before and after exercise, and pretty soon he's dancing the day away - and so is the rest of Sweetwood!

Love Monster is excited to start a Challenge Yourself Day adventure with his friends. He's planned a mountain hike with a special sunset surprise for them at the peak. At the base of the mountain, Love Monster hands out equipment to Tiniest Fluffiest Bunny, Bad Idea Puppy and Book Cub. But when he tries to talk through his plan and warm-up, his friends play with their equipment and have fun doing their own exercises. A little frustrated, Love Monster blows his whistle to get their attention and says it's time to start climbing.

When a smelly, dirty Waffle runs away at the mention of baths, everyone must find and clean him in time for him to lead a marching band sing along for their head teacher, Mr Nolan.
