Today we join sisters Eden and Ava as they become superheroes! First they create their characters 'Nature Bunny Girl' and 'H-Winter Girl' - not forgetting new personas for Mum and Dad too! After boosting their superpowers with a super-healthy smoothie, the family of heroes head to the park to try out their skills! It's not long before they have their first mission: to rescue a toy that's become lost in the woods. But will the heroes find the toy and save the day?

Chantelle and some new friends get up extra early to see if they can spot some little owls in the park, whilst Rory meets a bird expert who is tagging more little baby owls. Chantelle and Rory's fact files help answer all of Carlson's questions. In the Teeny Tiny Task, Chantelle and her friends pretend to be little owls as they flap and fly around the park, making up their own special calls.

Dee encourages a friend to say 'orange', and we go on a whirlwind word adventure. We see an orange orange, some slices, a tasty one and meet a juicy orange! There's an orange winning a football match and one spinning all around. The journey is repeated with some special surprises along the way, and everyone has a boogie when Dee's friend finally succeeds in saying today's word.
