Tish, Bobby and Pola go out shopping for Rosa's birthday presents, but with little time left before they have to go home, they each try find the perfect present. With the help of Tash, Tish searches through the store for gifts - only to pick out the things that she wants and likes! After realising she has only been thinking of herself and not what her mother likes, Tish remembers that Rosa loves to garden, so she picks up a packet of flower seeds for her, which makes Pola really proud of her thoughtfulness.

Bing and Sula are planting seeds at Amma's when Coco arrives with her new skipping rope. Coco teaches them how to skip, with Sula picking it up quicker than Bing. Just when Bing thinks he has succeeded, he hurts his leg on the watering can! Bing can't understand why he is not as good as Sula, but Coco shows Bing that, with some help, he can learn to skip too!

Pando has an earworm - and Bing isn't impressed. When Pando can't resist saying its name, Bingly Bangly, Bing knocks Pando's tower over and wants him to go home. However, Flop then helps to fix everything

Ranger Hamza and the Ramblers walk through the town to get to the allotment to pick some vegetables. On the way they cheer up a sad lamp post, count loaves of bread in the baker's window, jump in muddy puddles and even find a golden chicken!

Ted and his family visit a wildlife park and Ted gets to be an animal keeper for the day. First, he feeds the hungry deer. They're very friendly. Next, it's onto the bison, who show Ted their giant tongues! Finally, Ted comes face to face with a very noisy and very hungry otter. Luckily, Ted speaks otter too!

Newfoundland Sylvie is a big therapy dog with big soft cuddles who loves to help people when they're worried. She and her owner, Katrina, visit all sorts of people every day, young and old. Today Sylvie and Katrina are visiting a doctor's surgery to help a little boy called Ben. Ben has fallen off his scooter and grazed his knee, and his mum says he's too nervous to come into the doctor's room. Sylvie's mission is to help Ben feel brave enough to see Dr Stevens. First, she gives Ben one of her biggest and best cuddles. Then, she and Dr Stevens show Ben how a doctor treats a patient. Sylvie loves performing in the starring role. Ben finally feels brave enough to go into the doctor's room with his mum. But when Ben gets frightened and runs from the room, Sylvie must use all her superpowers to help him be braver still.

A samba band is coming to play, and everyone is helping to prepare. Stripes is so busy that he's forgotten one thing - to book the band! With no band coming, all seems lost, until Yukee and Stripes realise the Sunhouse already has its own brilliant band!

It is night time in Teletubbyland and the Teletubbies are all sleeping, apart from Tinky Winky. Stepping outside, Tinky Winky sees a star in the sky which sings Twinkle Twinkle. The other Teletubbies are woken so, they can enjoy the special twinkly star. In Tummy Tales, a girl looks up to the night sky to spot the twinkliest star.

Being a super chugger is hard work! But when given a well deserved day off, Action Chugger has a hard time relaxing. Can the trainees get Action Chugger to finally rest his wheels?
