In the conclusion of Gordon Ramsay's visit to La Galleria 33 in Boston, Massachusetts, he confronts sisters Rita and Lisa with an ultimatum, and finds himself stuck in a war between the waiters, chefs and owners over who is to blame for the Italian restaurant's failings

Joe Lycett and comedian Jessica Fostekew head to Lanzarote, known as the island of a thousand volcanoes. The duo hire a trike to discover the lunar landscape and sample volcanic wine in the surreal and surprisingly fertile region of La Geria, before stopping off for a traditional meal of limpets and bienmesabe. They then visit the Jameos del Agua, a partially collapsed lava tube that houses a restaurant, concert hall and crystalline lagoon, home to a tiny blind albino crab found nowhere else in the world. Then it's on to Puerto Calero for a submarine safari and a trip to the Jardin de Cactus, which incorporates a café serving cactus croquettes

Support worker Emma Parsons hosts the first dinner party of the week in Essex, and opts for a school uniform dress code. She hopes her personality and well-rehearsed menu will help secure the £1,000 prize, but guests are confused by a dish called stuffed swan surprise. Joining her at the table are magistrate Diane Whittaker, contracts manager Hal Dervish, entrepreneur Lisa Styles and letting agent Adam James

Letting agent Adam James hosts the second night in Essex, but pays more attention to topping up his tan than cooking the winning meal. Lisa questions the authenticity of a Rolex watch, and Adam shocks his guests with his idea of a post-dinner treat

Hairdressing teacher and entrepreneur Lisa Styles throws the third party in Essex, and aims to impress her fellow diners by inviting them to her mansion situated in eight acres of land. Butlers are on hand to serve the food, and the hostess's prize-winning stallion performs a show jump, but the food fails to meet with one contestant's approval

Hal Dervish hosts the penultimate party of the week in Essex. He aims to impress his guests with an ambitious menu that includes six dishes for his starter and four different meats for his traditional Turkish barbecue main course. However, there is tension around the table as Diane and Emma's week-long argument over the meaning of 'posh' threatens to overshadow proceedings

Magistrate Diane Whittaker hosts the final night of the competition in Essex, and hopes to introduce a touch of sophistication by making it a black-tie occasion. She also transforms her diners' hair, which proves to be a success, before the winner of the £1,000 prize is announced

Buyer Jane, who looks after the farm shop's selection of beer, is keen to find out why the locally produced malt makes some of the local brews so special. She travels to Warminster Malt House to discover exactly what malt is, before trying out some of the physically demanding centuries-old malting techniques. Alex checks in with the son of a cheese supplier who has passed away, to see if he wants to carry on his mother's working arrangement

Doug's feelings are hurt when he is not invited to a party, so he adopts a dog to prove he is a nice guy. However, when the four-legged friend becomes lazy like its owner, Carrie and Doug try to find a way of getting rid of it. Leah Remini and Jerry Stiller star

His guests might be apprehensive about a classic British seaside getaway, but Andy's doubling down on the experience with a trip to the arcades and some ice cream on the beach. Fortunately, Ying and Jean have the answer to restore harmony - pies

Payment day sees consternation and heated debate about slightly stained teacups and whether a double bed is really a double bed if it's two single beds pushed together. Afterwards, the B&Bers find out how much they've been paid and - more importantly - learn who's won

In Cambridgeshire, Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer meet house-hunters who want to stay close to home. Single mum-of-two Ali met widower Nick during the first Covid lockdown, and now that they have their first child together, they're hoping to upsize in the picturesque village of Stilton. Newly-weds Hannah and Hugo need to move out of Hannah's parents' house and into their own place - somewhere big enough for Hugo's two children to have their own space when they come to stay. Kirstie soon learns that her Stilton search area is smaller than expected but nonetheless she's committed to get Ali and Nick into their first home together. She shows them some great options - but then a previously over-budget dream house comes within their grasp. Phil is also working with a tight search area, but he still finds a lot for Hannah and Hugo to love. They're looking for that elusive 'feeling' for their first marital home, but that soon develops into finding the balance between head and heart. Whichever way they go, Phil needs to be as sharp as ever if he's to get them over the threshold
