Gordon Ramsay heads for Boston to help change the fortunes of a failing Italian restaurant run by two brothers. The eatery's decline began when one of the pair started embezzling money to fund his prescription drug addiction, and things only got worse when he was sentenced to four years in prison. With the time now served, he has returned, but must first regain his brother's trust before he can save their business

Joe Lycett heads to the Austro-German border with his guest vacationer Roisin Conaty, spending a couple of days in the fairy-tale city of Salzburg. After checking in to the art-filled Blaue Ganz hotel, they hop into a horse and carriage for a tour of the city and an on-the-go three-course meal. They then embark on a forest-bathing workshop, attempting a series of exercises to reawaken their senses. Day two starts with a homage to Mozart. The duo reflect on the composer's music then sample the city's signature sweet, Mozartkulgen - aka Mozart Balls - a mix of nougat, marzipan and dark chocolate

The competition starts in Pencader, Carmarthenshire, at the School House B&B, owned by eco-friendly married couple Jayne and Ian Hall-Edwards, who hope that their environmental approach will impress their guests. At dinner, Ian reveals that his hosting skills might not be up to scratch and eyebrows are raised at straight-talking colleagues Jo and Neil. At breakfast, assumptions are made of businessman Raj

The second visit is to Cathedral 73 in Cardiff, managed by Neil Chidzey. On arrival, guests are wowed by the glamorous rooms, but Raj is shocked to find breakfast is not included

The third visit of the week takes place at Leafy Suburban B&B in Northwood, Hertfordshire, where the guests spend the afternoon taking a swing at some golfing

The last visit is to the Wellington Inn, Hertfordshire, where Felicity Rainbow takes a spiritual approach, cleansing the aura of the rooms and encouraging guests to feel the vibe

The B&B owners meet for the last time to find out what they've been paid and to settle some scores. The School House B&B is first and host Jayne Hall-Edwards takes guests back to basics over her green policy. Next, Neil Chidzey and Jo Goodwin from Cathedral 73 challenge their guests over costings

In Oxfordshire, Simon O'Brien and Henry Cole clear out Clare's sheds that are stuffed full of agricultural memorabilia

Coach acquires an antique weighing machine that also gives out fortunes - which start coming true in eerie fashion - but Diane brushes off the predictions as coincidence, until she is forced to revise her opinion

Sam lies to Diane about his plans for a weekend away, and Coach tries to break his record for fewest glasses smashed in a month, while Norm starts spending all his time with a new friend, leaving Cliff feeling neglected. American bar-room comedy, starring Ted Danson

Coach is upset about the death of an old baseball buddy and holds a memorial to him in the bar, but then discovers the man once propositioned his wife. Nicholas Colasanto stars

Debra's mother Lois comes to stay with the family for a week, but seems to be more interested in her crossword puzzles than in Ray or the children. Katherine Helmond guest stars

Robert grows tired of the lack of privacy at his parents' house and moves out, only to end up living with a couple who are uncannily similar to Marie and Frank

Niles becomes jealous when Daphne meets a dog-lover while out with Eddie. Martin secretly attends the parole hearing of the man who shot him. Comedy, starring Kelsey Grammer and David Hyde Pierce

Bart and Lisa play an ill-advised cliff-top prank that leaves them convinced they have killed Martin. Meanwhile, Marge hires a TV crew to keep a constant watch over Homer so that she can be sure he is sticking to his diet

Homer decides to skip church so he can enjoy himself watching TV, making waffles and dancing semi-naked in the guise of Tom Cruise. When he subsequently experiences a vision from God, the lazy father is inspired to start his own religion. Animated comedy, with the voice of Dan Castellaneta

Homer enters Lisa in a beauty pageant to boost her self-esteem, and has the satisfaction of seeing her crowned runner-up - but she finds her principles heavily compromised as a result. Featuring the voice of Bob Hope

Part one of two. A charismatic new preacher comes to town and shakes things up at church, but Reverend Lovejoy fights back by investigating the man's mysterious past

Bart and Lisa are thrilled when their parents send them to Kamp Krusty for the summer - but when they arrive, they discover that having fun will not be high on the agenda. Animated antics, with the voices of Dan Castellaneta, Nancy Cartwright and Yeardley Smith

This week's competition kicks off at The Red Lion in Charing Heath, Kent, where the owners treat the other hosts to a masterclass in hospitality at nearby Leeds Castle

The competition continues in Battle in East Sussex, at Dean and Becky's Glamp in Style campsite. The hosts have novelty on their side, with their unique accommodation including a converted army truck, a horsebox and a vintage bus but not everyone is keen to embrace the alternative glamping experience. In the afternoon, Becky lets loose with a saucy tale amid the local fauna and flora and at feedback time, cold water leaves the hosts feeling the heat

Best friends Helen and Phil host the week's third visit at Tottington Manor in West Sussex. Sam and Claudia are bowled over by the decor, but some guests raise their eyebrows at the high prices. An afternoon at a local rum distillery makes Helen and Phil the toast of the town. The hosts can't stop smiling when they run through their feedback - until some comments right at the end spoil things and give Helen an axe to grind for payment day

Sam and Claudia host the week's final visit at their self-catering Lakeview Studios in Dorset. The digs get approving eyes from Claire and Lee, but Dean and Becky's arrival is marked by a problem with their toilet. Ahead of the all-important payment day, battle lines are drawn at a tank museum

Payment Day promises to be a fiery affair after two sets of B&Bers in particular participated in tit-for-tat marking throughout the week. Eventually, the week's winner is announced

George explores more inspirational and ingenious spaces. In the first episode, he travels to Devon to meet former events manager Val, who has put her life savings into building a stargazing cabin with a rather unusual twist. George also meets actor and singer Gemma, who has the bit between her teeth to transform a vintage Sinclair horse box into a mobile performance space as she tries to keep the show on the road

Kevin McCloud returns to Cornwall to see former skydivers Leigh and Richard's progress on the transformation of a derelict 17th century flour mill into a four storey, three-bedroom home. The pair fell in love with the building back in 2017 and put their lives on hold to move 250 miles to live in a caravan on site while they renovated the building, giving themselves just 12 months and a £250,000 budget. Once work began the true scale of the damage to the building was revealed and the couple were forced to pay out unexpected bills and take on a lot of the work load themselves. When the pandemic hit, the mission to finish the mill became an all-consuming affair but by January 2021 they still weren't finished
