Si King and Dave Myers explore more of the nation's dishes, beginning by showing there is more to British fowl than roast chicken. They prepare duck tikka and a one-pot partridge recipes before tasting a traditional Yorkshire Christmas pie and revealing the history of the Norfolk black turkey
