The Hairy Bikers' Asian Adventure

Dave Myers and Si King travel around Asia exploring the roots of some of their favourite dishes from the continent. They begin in Hong Kong, where they learn about the versatility of the wok in Cantonese cuisine at a street-food stall, while breakfast reveals a surprising legacy of British rule, before the duo are sent on their way with a traditional Chinese good luck ceremony
