Olivia has almost given up hope of ever finding her daughter, and Perez tries to reassure her when some terrible news reaches them. Perez and Tosh arrive at Spiggie Beach to see body bags lined up in a row on the sand. They guess that the people were the next shipment being trafficked to the islands, and when the traffickers realised their operation had been compromised, they abandoned them at sea. Piecing the case together, Perez closes in on Zezi's location, but can he reach her before it's too late?
