The Hairy Bikers' Chicken and Egg

The duo set out on a new culinary mission, biking across Europe, the Middle East and America to find and cook the most delicious chicken and egg recipes in the world. They start out on home turf, where they demonstrate how to ensure the perfect roast chicken every time, find out how chickens first came to the UK and make cakes and Welsh rarebit at a country show in Wales. As they celebrate the British passion for poultry, other recipes include chicken and leek suet pudding and scotch eggs
