James Martin's Great British Adventure

James goes on a culinary road trip around the UK and kicks off his travels in the Orkneys, where he is joined by fellow chef Nick Nairn. He shops for hand-dived scallops, before setting up his mobile kitchen in Stromness harbour to make barbecue scallops with black pudding, apple and hazelnut butter. He also meets the owner of a unique herd of sheep in the remote island of North Ronaldsay
