The pupils and teachers arrive in the 1990s for their final time-travelling trip. Their whistlestop tour through the decade of Britpop, Mr Blobby and girl power sees them trading football stickers to mark Italia '90 and receiving a special visit from a star of the Gladiators TV show. As CD-Roms become affordable, the school receives its own copy of the Encarta encyclopaedia. However, that is soon overtaken with a new technology that allows the pupils onto the Information Superhighway. Suddenly, a world of knowledge is available at the click of a mouse.
